An action designed to assess transfer activity in CIGUS centres in order to detect strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement. It included a diagnosis of the CIGUS centres’ transfer activity, the design of a set of KPIs and parameters for use as a reference when defining strategic and operational goals in this area. Furthermore, a series of guidelines and recommendations were drawn up in order to facilitate overall activity within the Network and the design of competitive transfer strategies for individual centres.
