In this training, the objective was set for attendees to acquire new competencies and skills relevant to the development of their professional careers, such as communication, leadership negotiation and time management skills. Ultimately, a conceptual framework was developed to understand and address some of the most common challenges faced by postdoctoral researchers, acquiring a set of practical tools for immediate application in the work environment.
This traning target group were postdoctoral researchers from the CIGUS Network centers. It was held in-person on November 13th and 14th, 2023, with a total duration of 16 hours.
