This training was designed to provide a space for reflection and learning, where participants could enhance their skills and acquire strategies and resources to manage daily pressures and workloads more effectively, while increasing their resilience to change.
During the course, stress management techniques were practiced through a practical approach, allowing participants to build confidence, improve their emotional well-being, and ultimately optimize their performance as researchers.
The training lasted 8 hours and took place in a face-to-face format over two sessions, one on October 15, 2024, and the other on October 16, 2024. Both sessions were attended by doctoral students and researchers from the CIGUS Network centers.
