Six contracts to embark on a research career at CiMUS

The University of Santiago’s Centre for Research in Molecular Medicine and Chronic Diseases (CiMUS), a member of the CIGUS Network, an initiative launched by the regional government (Xunta de Galicia) that groups together centres of accredited scientific excellence, is offering six, one-year full-time pre-doctoral contracts. The aim is to support research projects and complete PhD theses supervised by the Centre’s PIs.

Within the framework of the University of Santiago’s R&D&I activities and programmes, CiMUS has recently launched its sixth call for pre-doctoral contracts, targeting students enrolled on a USC doctoral programme and whose thesis is directed by a CiMUS PI.

The contractual relationship with the selected candidates will be for a maximum non-extendable period of 12 months, and each contract will be endowed with a total gross salary of €1,266.99 a month.
